TUMBLE BASKET

ZERO's tumble basket mounts through the door of almost any blast cabinet to create a hands-free, semi-automatic blast system for up to 25 pounds of small parts. Includes motor, basket, and gun mount.

ZERO RECLAIMER

Add media recycling capability to any blast cabinet with an efficient ZERO reclaimer. ZERO reclaimers save time and money by continuously separating the good blast media particles from the dust, paint chips, and broken media. All ZERO reclaimers include a wear plate, which prolong their usable life. The optional adjustable vortex, and externally adjustable vortex, let you tune the reclaimer to handle different media particle sizes and densities.

DUST COLLECTORS

For high-production blast operations, ZERO's reverse pulse dust collectors trap 99.7 percent of dust particles down to .5 microns. All our RP dust collectors feature reinforced disposable cellulose/polyester cartridges. In operation, the RP collector self cleans the cartridge with periodic pulses of compressed air.

ZERO's Dry Filters (not shown) work well with cabinets for most low- to mid-production applications. The dry filter has cotton sateen filter tubes that must be manually shaken clean several times a day.
