A-300 AUTOMATION KIT

Add simple automation to your BNP 220 blast cabinet. The kit includes four rotating satellites mounted on an indexing turntable, plus 5 automatic guns and cycle timer control.

BNP A-200 AND BNP A-205

Think of the BNP A-200 and A-205 indexing turntable machines as painters' canvasses, ready to be transformed into your vision of an automated blast system. The basic BNP A-200 comes with six rotating satellites in a four-feet by four-feet by five-feet tall cabinet. You can select computer controls, extra satellites and blast guns, suction or pressure blast system, oscillating arms, and other options to create the perfect automated cabinet for your application.

The BNP A-205 measures five by five by five, giving you more room to mount guns and other options.

ZERO TUMBLE BLAST SYSTEMS

ZERO's Tumble Belts and Tumble Barrels automatically clean or peen batches of durable parts. Our industrial systems come in capacities from 1 to 7 cubic feet and handle up to 800 pounds in a single batch. This is the preferred blast system for auto parts manufacturers and rebuilders.

The small ZERO DCM 161 tumble barrel blasts up to 25 pounds of parts. Load the parts, set the cycle timer, and come back to unload clean parts. The DCM 161 uses just 17 cfm of air @ 60 psi, making it ideal for automotive shops, jewelers, and dental labs.
