PULSAR BLAST CABINETS

The first industrial, all-in-one blast cabinet includes blast system, true media reclaimer, and modern reverse pulse cartridge dust collector. Choose from Pulsar III suction, the bigger Pulsar VI suction, or the ultra-high-production Pulsar VI-P pressure blast model. Also available is the Pulsar IX, which is the largest unit available in the Pulsar line. Pulsar units are available in the conventional stand-up models, or in the Ergonomic model for sit-down operation.

BNP 55 BLAST CABINETS

With an enclosure measuring 42 inches by 22 inches by 28 inches high, the BNP 55 is the perfect blast cabinet for processing small to mid-size parts. The system includes a reclaimer and dry filter. Available in suction with optional reverse-pulse dust collector.

BNP 65 BLAST CABINETS

The BNP 65 (enclosure size: 36 by 36 by 38 inches) is available in suction or pressure blast models, and accepts popular options - turntables and tracks for heavy parts, vertical doors to speed loading, and other Options Plus modifications. Shown with reverse-pulse dust collector. BNP 65 units are available in the conventional stand-up models, or in the Ergonomic model for sit-down operation.

BNP 220 BLAST CABINETS

The BNP 220's larger enclosure (50 by 39 by 43 inches tall) accepts powered turntables, ZERO's A-300 Automation Kit, and other Option Plus modifications. Available in suction or pressure blast, the BNP 220 lets you process large parts or batches of smaller parts. INEX Suction Blast Cabinet

The INEX is an economical blast cabinet for auto shops, art studios, maintenance & machine shops, and light industrial applications. Choose from two models: The INEX 3048 R delivers the higher-production features growing businesses need: continuous media cleaning and recycling. It comes with the dust bag (for limited blasting / less than 1 hour per day) or the optional 300 cfm dry filter dust collector (for extended blasting ). The base model comes without the media reclaimer, but includes a light duty 115 cfm dust collector – perfect for occasional use at home and in small shops.
