Zero Blast Cabinets
Zero Blast-N-Peen - the number one line of blasting cabinets.
The heart of the Zero equipment is the Reclaim Separator System.
Its primary function is to continuously remove all of the
media and blasting by-products from the blast cabinet and
separate the reusable media from the junk - returning only
good media to the blast gun and exhausting the dust into one
of several types of dust collectors.
The added advantage is that as the reclaim draws air through
the cabinet it creates downdraft to ensure excellent visibility
during the blasting process.
Many
cabinet styles and sizes are available. Some of the larger
cabinets are available either as "Venturi Suction Blast"
or as "Direct Pressure Blast" systems.

ft (formerly called 50 lb) capacity to 6.0 cu ft (600 lb)

for multiple operators as well as "abrasive cutoff"
controls.

Special Application Equipment
For those specialized blast applications we have many types of equipment available. For the very small jobs that require minor touch up to large trailer mounted blast and recovery systems. We have the Wetblast Injector System accessory for the pressure pots and the Spin Blast Pipe Cleaning systems for blasting the ID of pipe from 3/4" to 60". Also available are the closed-circuit blast systems which contain the media and dust for a cleaner blasting environment and the Orbiter Pipe Painting System.

technology, refined for use with lightweight, fine mesh abrasive.

Clemco Blast Rooms
Clemco blast rooms can be configured to nearly any size
and shape required. From a small room for patio furniture
to a large room for a large aircraft like a 747! We offer
"Pre-Assembled" blast rooms which require very little
assembly.
Media
recovery can be as varied as the media being used. Pneumatic
recovery is applicable for light or fine medias such as glass
beads, plastic, and fine aluminum oxide. Mechanical recovery
(scraper floors or augers) may be necessary for heavy media
like steel shot or steel grit.
Recovery systems may also be partial floor systems which
require sweeping or scooping media into the recovery system
or full floor recovery systems which do not require sweeping.
